Maybe I Need To Have a Drink and Talk To Myself

Click to play:

I’m done.

I couldn’t believe it when she sent her daughter out to say he wanted to take health care away from everyone who managed to get it under the ACA.  I’m still in awe of her opposition to a $15 an hour minimum wage while she took credit for it when it passed in New York.

How much she lied about the TPP and the Keystone pipeline.  How much she lied about her vote on the Iraq war and her performance as secretary of state.  Libya anyone?  Honduras?  She can’t possibly say more about fracking around the world and she can’t possibly say less about it on the campaign trail.

The highest unfavorable ratings in history for any presidential candidate ever if it weren’t for this dickhead Trump.

This woman is awful.

There is rampant election fuckery. When the democratic exit polls are off by as much as 14% while the republican exit polls are all spot on for the exact same primary, I wonder.  This sort of statistical anomaly has only ever occurred once before.  The Bush extravaganza.  That was a party.  As many as 120,000 voters were purged from the rolls in Brooklyn alone. The official in charge of “auditing” that particular malfeasance is a delegate for Hillary.  I’m about to blind myself with a fork and some over the counter hot sauce.

I have zero doubt that we are looking at election fraud and media manipulation that is orders of magnitude greater than any ever perpetrated by a democratic candidate before.  This shit is deep.  And long.

Her roster of gigantic asshole stars of the financial sector is proof of ties to gigantic assholes that have been dry humping us forever. She just hit up the Bush dynasty for cash.  Really, she just did that.  It’s sick.

She won’t to tell us what she said in exchange for enormous amounts of money to the warlocks.  They broke our economy and still whip the backs of the middle class and she refuses to discuss it.  It stinks like a pile of cadavers.

She installed a private server in her house to inoculate herself against FOIA requests.  She made arms deals as secretary of state in exchange for contributions to her bullshit “charity”.  The biggest thing the Clinton Foundation has accomplished is making the Clintons and their friends rich as fuck.

She’s a proud archetype of the champion preeminent war criminal, her buddy Henry Kissinger.

Were I to vote for her in the the general election, she would be the single worst democratic candidate I’ve ever voted for in my life.  The single worst candidate I’ve ever voted for.

I won’t do it.

Damn the torpedoes. The DNC foisted this sea monster upon all of us and they all deserve to wake up with dirt in their mouths.  I am done with this party of thieves and liars. Full steam ahead.

Donald Trump is one adept cracker but he is far more honest than she is.  He’s only guilty of being a dumbass narcissist and an amateur serial liar. Trump is a train wreck but Hillary Clinton is an engineer who will deliver more of the same chronic ebb.  The precipitous decline of your lifestyle.  The atrophy of your buying power until you can only afford groceries and you start to really worry about your teeth.  More war.  More concentration of wealth and abject poverty.  Her supreme court nominees will be neoliberal, corporatist hawks. She will be relentless.

I’ve evolved on this issue.

I refuse to suffer this bullshit.  One is a clueless asshole of a prick who has no idea what he’s doing and the other is a cold and calculating bitch who knows exactly what she is doing. I am sick and fucking tired of choosing between the lesser of two evils foisted upon us by this criminally archaic two party system.  The lesser of the two evils in this election is Donald goddamn Trump.

I’m not kidding.

We didn’t like her in ’08 because we saw her.  We like her even less now because we can see her better.

We’re about to get what we deserve.

Fuck this shit.

I will not vote for her.

I will not vote for him.

I’m out.

Go Bernie go.

*Press the play button at the top of the blog. This is 16 Horsepower.  This was actually released by A&M and did pretty well.  A very cool band.  They gave us a week or so and we made an EP. The bass player was a luthier and I remember he built the upright bass I recorded here. They never made a better record. Ever. It was the first time I ever recorded a banjo, a concertina and a stand up bass. I killed it.

You ever watch South Park? That election between a douche and a turd sandwich? Yep, we’re there.

Which candidate is least likely to destroy the country? I won’t elect a potentially dangerous psychopath who would vengefully press the nuclear button, if for no truer reason than to gain that perceived “fame” in history. (Would he say, “You’re fired!” as he did it? I think so.) There’s literally nothing Trump can do that would dissuade his fan club. It’s unbelievable. And frightening. Let his “school” be found guilty of fraud. It won’t matter because it won’t be his fault. His supporters won’t understand or care about his taxes. “Damn those accountants! You can’t trust tax accountants, believe me!”, he’ll say to his cheering crowds.

One hides tax returns, the other hides transcripts. With Benghazi growing dimmer, Hillary’s still got the emails and bank speeches. Banks aren’t just paying Hillary ‘speaking fees’, they’re making an investment and we all know that. And it’s not difficult to foresee Hillary invading yet another country. We don’t need an even more corrupt, manipulative administration than Bush-Cheney ever could imagine.

There’s only one choice, though as a Bernie supporter the polls do worry me. Are there enough of us?

This election has become the nation’s most-watched reality show.

You know I was watching that schmuck of a super-delegate in what was it Montana or somewhere say when asked who he would cast for when his state voted Bernie by a 20% margin (Not sure exactly but you get my drift) he said Hillary of course because and I quote “The people have spoken”… and the masses are like What the fuck? Let me explain to those who dont know what the little legalese they have pulled over your eyes here really is, seriously when this all first happened it was no coincidence that Boehner came to the podium and said “Corporations are People” then he said “And the People have spoken”… It flew right over the functionally illiterate’s head like the space shuttle.. In the USA you the person, living breathing public are known as “The voting Public” or “constituency” that latter one is up for grabs. While they say “The People” it does not mean actual people. It literally means “People as defined by Citizen’s United”, therein lies our problem, lock, stock and Barrel. This is just a little bit of shit to spit out as we watch this circus go down. So that when you hear either of these two fucks get up there and say “the people have spoken” know in your heart and soul that they are not talking about your voting ass.

I voted for Bernie, too, but ……….

Donald Trump has Sarah Palin on his short list for VP.

    I need a drink, too.

  • HRC needs psychiatry. Good intentions are not good enough. She as First Lady and Senator, had a very bad record as far as liberal causes. She set back Health care reform 2 decades. She shared the same legal point of view with Justice Scalia on equality of marriage issues, and supported DADT and DOMA. She stated on floor of Senate that marriage equality was best left to the States, but that she firmly and personally believed that marriage was sacred to a man and woman only. Hillary is a neo-con interventionist with a terrible string of misjudgments. A corporatist. She now is following the footsteps of Kissinger and Nixon, the last straw for me. I’m out. Go Bernie, go!

  • Guido Colacci:

Welcome to the 2016 BOYCOTT The VOTE MOVEMENT… its time, its here, its for the best…and again make mine neat and a double …

    • reiya:

Vote Bernie, voting outside the box, is the way to make a revolution. Bernie will be CEO, for the people. Hillary is indeed a hapless Warlock player, and a corporatist. She plays the MS Macho role, hoping to appeal to the insecurities of those among us. She will make losers of us all!

  • Joanne Giovenco:

What the hell is wrong with you people? Not vote? Your “revolution” will turn into Donald Trump elected President? Is that what you want? If so, you can kiss all the bullshit Bernie promised goodbye forever unless you really want to have a revolution, i.e., a civil war, and overthrow the government.

So, go ahead. Don’t vote. And then don’t spend the next four years moaning about how Donald Trump took away your healthcare and your civil rights and your women’s rights and all the rest.

Get your information straight. Hillary Clinton has an excellent progressive voting record. She voted the same as Sanders 96% of the time or something like that. No one supported gay marriage thirty years ago. President Obama just agreed with it this past year. So why are you holding Clinton to a higher standard than the rest of the country.

And she set healthcare back by two decades? How? She came up with a healthcare plan that was soundly rejected by republicans. That’s her fault?

The people have spoken. Clinton has received 3 million more votes than Sanders.

The rules weren’t changed because of Sanders. Independents were never allowed to vote in closed primaries. The DNC is not in charge of how each state conducts its primaries/caucuses. I agree the process should be changed, but nothing was done to screw Bernie.

You think Clinton/whoever would be worse than Bush/Cheney? What fucking planet are you living on? What the hell is it with Sanders that has caused regular democrats to go insane? A year ago, all democrats thought Benghazi, the email bullshit, and bank speeches were republican talking points to make people question Clinton. It worked, except it worked on democrats.

I can’t believe people are willing to risk the fate of the country because of some guy promising things that will never happen. Socialism works in other countries because they pay up to 70% in taxes. Is that what you want? Do you want to pay 70% of your income in taxes so other peoples’ kids can go to college for free? A $15 minimum wage is more than I made when I graduated from college and now teenagers working at McDonald’s earn $15/hour. That makes me sick.

Revolution? Yeah, Bernie’s going to cause a revolution all right. I hope you have your guns and ammo because your neighbor across the street might be a republican or a Clinton supporter and will be shooting at you. That’s a fucking revolution!

    • Joanne you are a long time reader and have been loyal contributor to my blog for some time so I feel like I owe you a response. I appreciate your sincerity and passion here. I really do understand your stance. I’m not kidding. You are a gem and your passion makes sense to me. I will always welcome anything you have to say, I promise. Respect.

I have concluded that that the choice being forced upon us is a choice between six of one and a half dozen of the other. What I want you to understand, whether you agree or not, is that I don’t see Trump as any more dangerous or deleterious than Clinton. Hillary is more of a republican than Trump and Trump is more of a democrat than Hillary. I’m not worried about what Trump can accomplish because he’s a jackwagon that will certainly face an oppositional legislative body that will marginalize him and make the the obstruction Obama has had to deal with look Fisher Price.

Hillary on the other hand is so thoroughly bought and paid for, such an adept an insidious insider, the shit she will pull won’t even show up on the radar until the fat lady has left the building. I urge you to read back and honestly evaluate what I’ve already written about her and continue to read forward what I will write about her.

She is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and he is the devil we can see clearly. Keep an open mind, I absolutely believe she is not what you think you see. She is the epitome of establishment fuckery and represents a danger I can only imagine good people like you are not aware of.
